Kids and Teen Programs
BOLD's Kids and Teen Programs offer fun and engaging sessions designed to elevate mountain biking skills, bike handling techniques, and trail etiquette for all levels of riders in a safe and supportive environment.

Kids and Teen Group Lessons
We focus on building skills, confidence, and friendships through our kids and teen lessons. These programs are best suited for kids who enjoy being outside and are comfortable riding their mountain bike on dirt trails. We will be pedaling both up and down mostly green trails and some blue trails. We'll go over bike handling, trail safety, braking and shifting, cornering, and how to overcome obstacles.
Be sure to bring sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses. Kids will carry their own water, snacks, and spare clothes (weather dependent). Extra water and snacks will be at the trail head lot.

Mandatory gear includes a well-fitted and quality helmet, gloves, and knee and elbow pads. Bike must be in good working condition (gears are working properly and the bike is fitted properly). Bikes ideally have disc brakes, quality gearing and mountain bike tires with tread.
